You Need A Mysterious Accident

You get into an accident on 3/3/24 doing your normal Turo workflow.

A mysterious one- with two cars waiting for you on Route 3 (in Crofton) parked on diagonal lines.

According to your tracking data you're doing 46 mph upon impact well below the posted speed limit. Somehow these cars get in front of you and you end up in the bushes on the side of the road.

The paramedics come, you awake on the ambulance and overhear two paramedics say: "did you give her the Narcan yet". You immediately refuse because you aren't a drug user.

You arrive at the hospital and there's so much confusion in the emergency room. Nurses and EMT start to argue about you and where to put you. You're able to walk to the waiting room. You call Lyft because something doesn't seem right. You know you need to leave.

A female paternal 2nd cousin (also retired police and current US Marshall) who you overhear talking shit about you in January asks to rent the car you're driving. You wonder why she's calling - possible temperature check. You tell her all cars are rented.

A police officer calls you and upset you left the hospital and delivers your tickets to your door. You ask if he can take a statement from you and the curious things you remember seeing right before impact. He immediately states no: "tell it to the judge". Following the accident you report your issues to Anne Arundel Internal Affairs. They don't really want to meet with you, but you request a meeting as you recount your interaction with the police officer and the accident. They take you into a room and ask if you have any weapons. The female investigator states its going to be hard to prove sabotage. And that she'll forward on to her bosses.

You get an email the following day. They've investigated everything. And found no issue with the accident, no issue with the police officer and no indication of foul play.

You call a male paternal cousin. He says that its just bad luck and "have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior."
